NestWorks Support

C500 supports a wide range of materials, including aluminum, brass, copper, plastics, acrylic, wood, and other common CNC materials. It is designed for makers, engineers, and small businesses to create prototypes, custom parts, and functional components.

C500 works with NestStudio, our CNC workflow software for project preparation, toolpath generation, and machining management. It also supports standard G-code and is compatible with popular CAD/CAM software such as Fusion 360, Mastercam, SolidCAM, Aspire, and Carveco.

The 4th axis supports a maximum clamping diameter of 95mm, with a corresponding X-axis working length of 175mm (the tool magazine is positioned along the Y-axis).

C500 supports max spindle power 800W and max spindle speed 18,000 RPM.
